Alex Levac
(b. 1944) is an incredible Israeli photographer who
aims at day to day moments of miracles and zest.
He has exhibited his
work in the USA, Great Britain and Israel (1978-2001).
In 1983 he became staff photographer for the daily
"Hadashoth" and since 1993 in this capacity
for the Tel Aviv daily "Ha'aretz". His work
has appeared in several publications: "Eyes upon
Zion" (1994), "Tel-Aviv Serenade" (1999),
and "Our Country" (2000).
Levac is the winner of the Israel Prize (2005).
